We value all our clients and request services support,
Our Support Team works from Monday 08:00 AM -Saturday 12:00pm.All customers must request support via the Client portal which is here https://meltscloud.com/public/?ng=client/login/
Should you send whats or Facebook messenger support during the cause of office closed, messages will respond the next working day and hours.
All websites and services developed by us must be supported via ticket opening this means the client must open tickets for services support.
Customer Login & Dashboard
We are committed to develop projects for our clients & deliver quality services in all manners of work.
The following must be followed by all clients
- The customer will provide all graphic images needed for the project if not agreed or paid for Meltscloud to provide graphics this includes LOGO, services images, gallery pictures Banners, acts.
- E-commerce customers must provide all quality product images if not agreed & paid for meltscloud to do so and load products, Client will pay an administration fee for product uploads and banners designer.
- Content writing: We will write default content for websites and app design clients will have to provide their own content wring & services they provide, this must be sent before the project starts.
- Support & Bugs: We are committed to support & fix any mistakes or bugs in project, free support offer for 3 months after the 3 months elapsed client will have to pay fees for services & support or upgrades.
- The client will have to sign on to the features of the project if therefore there will be additional features payment will be reviewed.
Buying WordPress Themes & Plug-ins
All themes purchase pricing does not include customizing and setup.
Customizing services are paid for you will need to pay customizing and setup of theme, consult with sales & development team after buying.
Development team simply open ticket in your client portal.
